I downloaded the game yesterday, and have been terribly excited to play. However, I can't.

I get to the main screen, click on new game. I make my character, but once that's done my screen goes black. I can hear talking as the game is described. Then, when it get's to the area I'm supposed to start at, the screen is still black, and I can see the cursor. That's it.

I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the game several times trying to get it fixed. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue. However, nothing works.
