I know there are a lot of bugs in NWN2 Complete Edition, so I'm not sure if some of the stuff happening in my game is due to bugs or was just never added in the first place.

I.E. my gnome swashbuckler started without any gear in his chest. Races such as Wild elves and yuan-ti purebloods never seem to be mentioned specifically, characters seem to stutter when they move, etc.

Is this something I can fix with a community patch or something? I've patched my game to 1.23.

The races and classes added by expansion packs were not really integrated into the original campaign; they were expected to be played with the included expansion campaign. Wild Elves were added in . Swashbuckler was added in [url=http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Storm_of_Zehir]SoZ, as were Yuan-ti. You can still play those races/classes, but don't expect any dialog to understand what you are.

Thanks, could you recommend some unnoficlal bug fixes, if they exist, anyway? I'd like to try and run as bug free a game as possible.

Unofficial bug fixes can and often do introduce their own issues, and since less people are using them, you now have a harder time to figure out the source of your problems.

IMO it is generally best to play these games with official patches, or the lightest touch possible.

Sorry, I never used any bug fixing mods. I don't really recall running into any bugs, either, but I've heard that Arcanum can't be played without patches, and I never ran into any bugs in that game (despite never modding it), either. I guess I just play these games differently, or something. On the other hand, Daggerfall still stands out as the buggiest game I've ever played, to this day, so it's not as though I never see bugs.

There's an ongoing community patch here:

And the client extension which will probably fix your movement stuttering here:
