I'm playing unmodded with a Druid and a Ranger, with a panther and a wolf respectively. My wolf unsummons after every encounter in Storm of Zehir. I have a panther with a character portrait, no body, and 0 hitpoints on the portrait. If I summon the panther I have 2 panther portraits and 1 active panther model that behaves correctly, and an invisible wolf. I saved and tried to debug remove/add animal companion for both the Druid and Ranger, and then rest. This fixed nothing.

Anyone ever encounter this, or have a fix for this?
