How long should it take for my CD keys to be emailed to me so I can play online. It's pretty annoying that I can't go online yet because I need CD keys manually emailed to me instead of being included in the sale of the game.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but gog don't work on weekends so it will be monday at the earliest now as they are based in Poland and the work day is over.

Where would I go to request CD keys?

For that matter, would my Gold CD keys work with Diamond?

Yes, but if I remember correctly you'll still need a key for Hordes of the Underdark.
