how to revive a dead companion?

In the original NWN campaign, i think you can't do it yourself, so you have to use your recall stone to get to the temple and speak to him there.

I don't remember how it is handled in SoU, but in HotU expansion you can use spells, scrolls or the magic wand that's given to you at the beginning of the story to revive your companions directly in the dungeon. :)

i'm currently playin "kingmaker" and i didn't receive any recall stone so!
