Hey guys, I'm having a problem where some of my Henchmen (the ones i want to use btw) will not follow me when i walk around.
When ever i enter a new area they will be there at the place we entered it but they wont follow me around, or pick locks or help me fight or heal me, you know... the useful stuff.
Its also problem that is (currently) exclusive only to Tomi and the healer chick you get in the mercenary hideout just outside the temple. I have no idea what has caused it but i would really like to know if there is a way to fix it.

Have you tried right clicking on them & selecting "Guard Me" or "Follow"?

I'd recommend placing shortcuts for "follow me", "attack nearest" and "stand your ground" in the quick-bar. Makes henchman/summoning/familiar management so much easier.
