I have tried the recomendation to load Direct X 9.0c and changed nwn2.ini resolution an also fullcreen.
But stil not workiing get a blank screen in a windowed window.

Anyone can give some pointers

Try using the Client Extension for NWN2 (Google it because for some reason I can't post links here)

Alternatively, or in conjunction, also use DXVK renderer.
