So I've figured out after 20+ hours and several restarts, that the NPC Fehelis has just disappeared from my game. He never spawns in his room anymore, doesn't matter who's side you choose, moires or the city watch. I can't complete the main story. Is there any way to fix this? Dungeon Master teleport doesn't work either. Very disappointed at GOG.

I know where he's supposed to be, but he doesn't spawn. There are thugs/watchmen to fight, but noone to talk to. Moire doesn't spawn either.
