There has to be a way to scale up the User Interface. NWN1 had that option.

I am running NWN2 at 4k on a 55" UHD TV, and it looks AWESOME, but the user interface is so small even mice can't read it!

Has anyone found a solution? Should I scour ever setting file?

Original version of NWN1 never had UI scaling option. It was added in the Enhanced Edition. NWN2 as for now doesn't have an EE, so there's no UI scaling option unfortunately. You can try this mod however: https://www.nexusmods.com/neverwinter2/mods/81. It should improve things a bit.
