It's most likely user error on my part, however, I can't seem to figure out how to make this work.

I try to log onto a server and it says my CD-Key is already in use.

I tried to use the CDKey Changer on Galaxy but when I manually input my cd keys as asked the "Save and exit" option is greyed out and I can't use it.

If I just open it up (CDKey Changer) it shows different CD keys than the ones I have but if I save and exit I still can't direct connect to a PW server.

What am I doing wrong guys?

Edit:: Figured it out. It would have been nice if the support page would explain that you have to manually change the CD key file in the game folder.
What the heck does the CDKey changer even do? Or was I doing something wrong? GRRRRRR.
Oh well. It's been sorted.
