the 2 guys that ask you to take part in a experiement that lasts for like a year . i think they want you to drink a potion/mutagen ,then check back with you to see what happens , anyone say ok ?

I said okay, but i never used it since it is a minor mutagen... I mean, if you cannot upgrade the used mutagens, it makes them useless... Nobody is going to waste a mutagen slot with a minor one.

It will. Players who have done the experiment will insta-die at the start of The Witcher 3. Well...what can I say? You gotta live with your decisions...or die by them. XD
