can some one re-upload the patch please

It should just be these two files that you have to drop into the CookedPC folder in your Witcher 2 folder:

elf_flotsam.dzip
succubuss.dzip

I've had it confirmed that the succubus file worked, but for some reason the person who tried the elf file said it didn't work. That might be unique to them, or maybe it requires a different file. Still working all of that out, sorry.

Do we need this with patch 1.3? I deleted these files prior to patching and they 'appeared' once the patching had completed. Files appear to be the same size and date wise.

You can't always tell by looking at the size or date.

I've heard it mentioned on the official forums that the elf file works, but you have to go back to Chapter 1 and re-save the elven woman in order for the scene to unlock.

So if you just put the files in your folder in the middle of Chapter 2, only the succubus file will work.

I just bought without realising you have to change before. I'm sick of being in NZ and affected by ruddy Ozzie Shrews. Can someone please reupload the file? I get the feeling alot of people will be caught out with the deal on this weekend.

You do not need it. The 1.3 patch adds the files as I said. As long as they are there before you save the elf you are fine.

Don't blame the "Ozzie Shrews", blame your own government for using another country's stupid laws.

New Zealand is not a state or province of Australia, you should enact your own legislation.

So can anyone confirm if the most recent official updated version of the witcher 2 (1.3.5 i think) is still censored in oz, or is it the same as everywhere else now?

Really? I bought TW2 this weekend and was sad to find I have the (AU) version, are the only things that are censored those 2 sex-scenes? If that's the case, it's not a huge deal - but if this patch 1.3 or whatever means it isn't censored anymore, that's awesome.

Word seems to be that patch 1.3 has reinstated the censored scenes, but if you want to be sure, check out 227's post above on this page for the two dzip files you need to manually restore the scenes. If the two files already exist in your CookedPC folder, then it's safe to assume that your copy is no longer censored.

I live in France, I downloaded my game on GOG and scene (Elf and Succubus) missed.

It was wierd but thanks "227" for the links. It works with latest patch (1.3.5)

I believed australian version was the unique censored version and GOG sells an international version but It's not true or I miss anything.

GOG sells an international version to everyone, except to those users who've declared Australian or New Zealand residence. This was forced on them by the distributor in that region, but can be easily evaded by changing location declared in your profile (unoffcaly GOG made this easier to help out people living in the censored areas).

It's weird that you didn't have those scenes, as all other users should get the uncensored digital DRM-free version.

Not sure if I understand the post, but the Elf and Succubus have to be done in a certain sequence or you don't get the sex option.

For the Elf (half-Elf?) you have to save her in an ealier scene and the Succubus is more complex and requires a few steps.
