Something happened to my game.
Basically I'm not sure what's happening but it seems there's either a serious memory leak or the game struggles to read files off my hard disk.
First my rig

Phenom X2 555
5GB RAM DDR2
HD5770 1GB

Basically, I have a save. I load that save, I'm standing in a certain spot. FPS is great, anywhere from 30 to 60 depending on what I'm looking at. But there are certain spots where the loading circle icon pops up and the FPS gets fucked and is culled by around a half until I re-load the save. Suddenly in the same place where I got 35fps I get 18-19.
As I said reloading the save gets the FPS back to normal.

It only happens when very specific loading sequences start, for me there's one on the road where you can see the ruined bridge from. I've never seen anything like it.
Even worse in my latest little experiment I got random loading screens while running around in the village. Yeah, full-on loading screens.

What the hell is this? It's not overheating I don't think, my temps are good, GPU and CPU are 37C and 44C in idle respectively, not sure how to check under stress but it seems alright.
