Anyone necountered a bug when you can not talk to anyone? Any way to slove it?

If you load an older save, can you talk?

I have this bug. It started at "woe to the vanquished". I cleared my registry and game files folder, then redownloaded and installed from steam and it worked again for a while, then it started back up. Tried that again and this time it didn't even work the first time I fired it up. I've put in support request on their webpage. I'll go add it to the list of known bugs thread too. You get suckered into the steam version too, or is this not a steam-only problem?

It's general issue. We're working on solution.
