I went into Documents > Witcher 2 > Config > user
and edited:
VSync = 0
Ubersampling = 0 (this was already 0)
Smoothness=0
MouseSmoothness=0
this fixed the lag but, my mouse travels reaaally slowly across the screen.

will patch 1.3 fix this?
