Hi guys I am new to the site and pc gaming in general I have a gateway fx pc computer im running
WINDOWS 7 64 BIT HOME PREMIUM
INTEL CORE i7 PROCESSOR 860
ATI RADEON 5770 1024MB GRAPHICS CARD
1.5TB HARD DRIVE
12GB DDR3 MEMORY
DVD SUPER MULTIDRIVE BLU RAY ROM DRIVE
MULTI IN ONE MEDIA CARD READER I would love to download the witcher 2 off GOG.COM but I know really know if my computer can run the game I don t really want to drop 10 bucks on a game that won t run or will cost me more money to upgrade my computer any help would be appreciated.

You will probably not max out the game (With all options set to ULTRA etc...), but your game will run smoothly :)
The witcher 2 is pretty well optimized, even if your Graphic card is a little bit old, it should work !

thank you guys for your help im going to love this site I found a lot of old memories on GOG.com I own a ps4 but there is no games right now and ones that are out a have finished the campaign in them which btw B4 for ps4 the campaign is very short I finished it in 6hrs

If you have problems with your frame rate or stuttering, I'd recommend setting texture memory size to large or maybe higher, SSAO off, and Blur Effects off. If you can leave motion blur and depth of field on, they look great in this game.
