Please help

I have the diragrams for things like the hunter armor, the kayran armor, better leg armor, better gauntlets

But no one, including cedric, the dwarf and the man in the house in chapter 1 will craft it for me even though I do have the diagram and all of the components required....I have all the components

How do I tell how much it needs? ta
