So I leave a horrid night at the hospital to get home and enjoy some quality time with this game. Can't play because I can't bind my keys to my usual left-handed set-up and the registry doesn't seem to realize the existence of my gog.com account. This is not what I had in mind after a night of wiping poo off patients bums.

I'm sure there is a patch coming at some point to fix the binding issues; but what can I do to register to get my other goodies I can occupy my time with?
