hey all im getting random fps drops in dialog and cut scenes when enabling the dof effects . i sore in another thread that somone posted a fix envolving a directx9.dll file or somthing but the link dosent exist anymore..in any case im hoping somone can help me fix it so i can play the game with this cool effect enabled. im running it on an i5 3570k with 16gigs of ram and a saphire 7970 vapor-x cool. so im well over the requirments for this game.thanks.

Ever since the EE came out, the Cinematic DOF feature works very badly with some GPUs. The solution is to disable it.
