I used the potion time extension mod and also the mod that increases your carry capacity. I did so to increase my enjoyment of the game. I don't find inventory management in RPG's to be fun, and the idea of ridiculously short potion timers ticking away during conversations to be a poor design decision.

In the end though I was probably within the original max carry weight 85% of the time and I don't think I drank more than 6 or 7 potions the entire game. Wasn't worth the bother to me.
