is anyone getting this bug in the ending after the final boss fight where Geralt suddenly looks like he's in heliotrope mode and is releasing the heliotrope gas and the music doesn't match the mood there's a little blood on the screen too

I got it on both the Roche side and Iorveth side, but only when I chose to rescue Triss rather than assist the guys.
