i have this game for xbox you see
so after i arrived in flotsam i accedentily had my sword on my hand and had no idea
how to sheath it

so the guards attacked me and i had no choice but to kill them
so then i go to the bar (after i saved dandilion and zolten) and a cutscene appears

and then when i exit the bar the kiran (big tentacle montser) cutscene appears and in the same time a guards says something about pay up for my crimes...
so then the cutscene ends and the guard disappear (the game is uptodate but there was a big ass glitch)

so now every fucking time i go to town the guards attack me even if i don't pull out my sword
and it's fucking annoying

so please people help me and i'll rate your commnets

It sounds like a bug, and the best answer is probably 'load an earlier save'. That said: are you anywhere where you can rest? Maybe resting for a few days would reset their annoyance. That's all I can suggest. The game is hard-wired to punish you for killing guards in towns, and I'm not sure there is a way around it.

well i thought they will ask me again to pay the fine later so i didn't bother loading a save

and that got fucked
seriously every time i get into town at day (at night they don't attack for some reason)
they just attack me without warning

and it gets annoying cause they like respwan in a mintue
and i quited the game after i climbed up the ladder and the guards were shotting arrowes at me so i could'nt climb down
2 hours of progress has been lost to this buggy game

and also i couldn't do rouche's missions becuase of this

i searched google for this problem and i have found no solution
my only solution is to fight the kiran and fuck off the town but b4 i fight the kairan i need to level up, make so cash
do some side quests

if anyone knows this bug please tell me how to fix it
maybe if i delete the update and redownload it will it fix it? or damage the savefiles?
