The kayran QTE, you all know the one. I can't seem to click fast enough. I've set windowed mode, changed my aspect ratio AND resolution, and even set up a macro to spam left click faster than a chipmunk on cocaine. NOTHING!
Please help, I just want to progress.

Is the game laggy, so you cant press at the right time?
And are you talking about the part when you're dodging his tentacles or the other part?

Just go to options and tick the 'easy QTEs' option, or something along those lines. The boss-QTEs will disappear completely.

Difficult QTEs, and no they won't. That setting doesn't get rid of the click-fest QTE sequences that OP is having trouble with.

OP: I don't have the time right now to help, but you should try posting on the official game forum. Specifically in the Act 1 Plot and Quests section, where a bunch of people have already posted their saves and had people get them past the Kayran.
