I've got an ATI 6970 and get generally smooth performance with a high resolution and some other things turned down...so no complaints.

One thing I do notice is a very marked stutter as I cross loading points. What I mean here is the parts of the map where the loading circle appears in the bottom right hand corner (not where we get a full static loading screen). A good example is the one entering and leaving the Kaedwemi camp.

I've had a look at the ATI hotfix but that seems to be more Crossfire oriented.

Anyone know how I can improve this stutter.

It stutters when it loads, there's nothing you can do about it. It's thought to be better than a loading screen.

You can just stand still while it loads if you want, that's usually what I did. It takes like 3 seconds.
