As thread title suggests. I get horrific mouse lag in menus and in the game. I also then wanted to change my graphics settings to see if that would fix it, but the graphics settings thing auto sizes to a window smaller than where the buttons are to change settings so I can't change them.

Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

Using a Microsoft OEM Optical USB mouse.
Vista - 64 bit
Q9450
260gtx
4gb ram

Turning off v-sync fixed it for me.

Same here. This is seriously fucked up as shit, I'm starting to really get frustrated here.

The game tells me to run the game at High, but I get the worlds shittiest mouselag and performance issues even at Low difficulty. I tried every "solution" out there. I uninstalled the 3D drivers, I tried the new nvidia hotfix drivers. I tried every single advanced graphical options on and off. I tried different resolutions. I tried everything, god fucking damnit.

My PC speccs are:

Quad @ 2.8
GeForce GTS 250 @ 4gig
8 gigs DDR 2 ram
Win 7 64

I mean, come on. Somethings wrong here. Any word from CD Projekt about a patch?

Alot of my games do that in menu mode, Dead Space was especially bad till they fixed it somewhat...Yea vsync off will improve it like he said. I leave it on so my video card doesn't have to render needless frames keeps it cooler and less fan noise for me!!
