I have seen lots of comments about mouse lag but nothing really on clicking problems. Arm wrestling was tough but getting past the Kayran tentacle ride seems impossible with my setup.
Have set to low performance, have tried y inversion and all sensitivity settings in game and on computer but nothing is making a difference
I love both Witcher games but it is getting ridiculous the number of times I have gotten to that point and no further. Please help.

I THINK I have read something about lowering the resolution - just for that part. Might even have been someone from CDPR QA at Facebook. Not sure though.

OK, I thought you were referring to graphics options, not including screen resolution, when you mentioned "low performance". Can't help you then. :S

There's some input lag. Disable vsync to make it less worse.

Lowering resolution and running it in windowed mode solved that problem for me.

Tried all this and still no go. Thought I would wait to install patch 1.2 but that did not solve it either. Giving up for a while. Bored with all the repition as I get to the tentacle ride easily and then no further no matter what I try.
I think the problem may be that I am using an ASUS laptop (even though the performance tester on Witcher 2 calls it a medium performance. computer).

Do you have a game pad as well? I noticed some issues when I had one connected but was using mouse and keyboard instead.
