I have to say that overall I'm confused with the correct timeline, so this is what I think it is:

The Last Wish
The Sword of Destiny
Blood of Elves
Times of Contempt
Baptism of Fire
The Tower of the Swallow
The Lady of the Lake
The Witcher EE - to include "The Price of Neutrality" and "Side Effects"
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

----------------------
Below I don't know where it belongs in the timeline as I want to know the chronological order

The Witcher: House of Glass
The Witcher EE: Story
The Witcher: Reasons of State
The Price of Neutrality
Side Effects

This may not be very helpful, but Season of Storms is also a prequel to the Saga. Andrzej Sapkovski did a few side stories that don't necessarily fit within the canon, as I recall. I'm afraid some of this can confuse me, what with what little Americans are given with which to work.

While I'm here, did the Nilfgaardians (I think that's right) come across as Russian to you in the second Witcher game?

The Witcher Wiki might be helpful as well.

I made up my mind that there are two 'The Witcher' canon, one by Andrzej Sapkovsk and the other everything that CDPR created, which are the games and the comic books.

I didn't finish The Witcher 2 yet, as the saves are just not user friendly.
Actually, I can't remember where, but I heard that the Witcher games are supposed to be alternate continuations of the books. Hope I've been helpful, I'm afraid this is pretty much most what I know.
