I'd love for this game to take advantage of SLI, and of course I know of the custom SLI bits fix. But the light bleeding really makes it unplayable. Has anyone found a way to get the light bleeding to stop without setting the performance the way it was before the fix?
TW1 had the same problem which could be fixed by forcing AFR2. I think the same might be true forTW2? Try reading this thread http://www.overclock.net/pc-games/1021185-witcher-2-sli-fix-guide.html it might have some valuable information. I'm also very interested in a solution to this as I'm getting a second 580 GTX soon.
Just go into the Nvidia Control Panel->Manage 3D settings, and set the SLI Rendering Mode to Force AFR2 (Alternate Frame Rendering 2). It will make the 2nd board go to work, as opposed to TW2 ignoring it.
Unfortunately, RadeonPro will not allow you to force AFR2, so xfire users still have no answer.
So just to show, here are screenshots to the light bleeding that I get (it doesn't matter where I am, it is simply ALWAYS there).

So then, when I force AFR2 through Nvidia Inspector, it does kill the light bleeding. However, doing so will also disable any kind of performance increase gained from the custom bits fix. One might as well not even use the fix in the first place.

So basically, this will be solved either:

1. Nvidia/AMD drivers

2. The 1.2 patch from CD project.

3. Some awesome person amongst the community.

Would be awesome to have option number 3 come to us extremely soon! As I get the feeling we'll be waiting a bit for the others. -_-
