Hi,

in Chapter 3 I have defeated all the Nilfgardians and picked up the prisson key from their leader. When I walk into the cell where Triss Merigold is shackled to the wall, I can not do anything. There is no option to open the shackles, to talk to her etc. The quest note on screen still sais, I should pick up the keys, which I already got. What can I do?

Solved:

Re-loading did work. Had tried that before two times with no result, but it worked on the third try, just after I posted the problem.

I'm not sure if this is the reason it bugs, but twice I killed the leader with my awesome Igni and the bug occurred, I couldn't free Triss.

The last time I tried killing him with sword only, and when he was down to 1% or so health, it triggered a small event that didn't happen when he died by Igni. He says something like "My emperor, I have failed", then I hit him again and he died. That time I could free Triss.
