Hi,

restarted this game tlast week, had no issues starting up and playing, several days in a row

and today when I launch the game, it is stuck on the wolfs head medallion

searching for a solution, tried the solution on posted on the website:

When "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings" launcher appears, click Alt+Ctrl+Del and choose "Task Manager".
From the list of processes, right-click on "The Witcher 2 Launcher Application" and choose "Go to details".
Right click on "Launcher.exe" and choose "Set affinity".
Select CPU 0, 1, 2 and 3 (others should be unchecked).
Click OK, close Task Manager and go back to "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings" launcher.
Choose "Launch game".
After you wait a little bit, the game should start

doenst work.

also tried verifying/repairing the game but it also seems to be in an infinite loop and giving me error it cannot "download" or repair....

anyone has or had the same issue and know about a solution?
