I haven't started the game yet but wanted to make sure everything was working so I tried the Arena mode. Whenever the main cutscene ends and the dialogue starts, it takes about 5-7 seconds for all of the textures to properly load.

I've installed multiple times used multiple drivers, pretty much done everything to fix this. Is it normal?

I just tested it myself and there was pop in, but it was more like 3-5 seconds then 5-7. That could be either a hardware thing or a counting faster/slower thing, but either way it seems like something that's normal.

The main game suffers from some of that, but nothing as noticeable as those first couple seconds after the arena cutscene.
