i just bought EE from gog, install it and once i try to start it give me error .

That's an access violation error, apparently. I'd try to launch it with administrator privileges, but I'm afraid that error most likely comes from faulty hardware as opposed to software. Do a memtest, check your harddrive, all that good stuff
Oh this looks promising: Open start, write 'cmd' in the search bar and pres enter. Then type 'sfc /scannow' into the console and wait for the test to finish. It should verify integrity of system files.

That's one of a few .NET 4 errors that are more or less common. There's a fix here: link
