In the The Witcher 2 guide there is a mission called party. Howerever, I can't find it. I've already searched in almost all places.

Can't find it either. Can't find Ves in this chapter either.

Only quest I can't find, any help would be great.

If you can tolerate spoilers, download the game guide from the bonus content. There your question and riddles can be solved quickly.

Spoilers ensue:

Find the inn. Climb the outside stairs to the balcony with the two doors. Jump down from there. The building right in front of you houses the Blue Stripes.

Also, yes, download the guide. It has its problems, but it helps.

The guide doesn't say were ves and the special forces are located. All that's mentioned is that when you meet them you get this mission.

The guide has this problem. It's not precise. I couldn't finish the two monster kill quests as I couldn't find their nests/"cocoons". Thanks for the help. Arriving at home I will try your tip

its basically the next building along to the left if you are standing in front of the inn,up the stairs,
I never got to do the quest myself,only found out where the Blue Stripes were too late.
