So, about the upcoming REDkit, if I buy the Witcher 2 from Steam, do I get the kit too or is it GOG only? And can I activate the game here in GOG if I buy from Steam, or do I have to buy the game retail or from here if I want it here too? I'm little short on cash and Steam has W2 on sale right now so thinking of buying it from there.

You can activate a backup copy of The Witcher 2 here on GOG if you buy the steam version.
