Is it possible to visit or to see some major npcs again? Like Yennefer,Ciri,Triss,Vernon Roche etc.
or are they vanished from the game at this point?

The major characters are all gone. Some of the minor ones may still be around: Dandelion at his club; Priscilla in hospital; Cerys (if she's queen of Skellige). There may be some others, but I didn't check them all, including Roche and Ves at their hideout.

This was the biggest bummer after finishing the game for me!!! :(

So it's possible to continue exploring and doing secondary quests after the main story is finished?

Yes, provided that last chapter or previous storyline doesn't preclude them -- you continue from the point just before the last chapter.

I am so in to the story at the moment... I plan to do some side questing, but probably after all the major quests.

Would have been great but you can´t have everything i guess.... :( It just felt a little bit rushed. The Yen romance was like "hey lets go away" - "Yen and Geralt gone away in the end" and the Ciri ending (even it was the witcher ending) was pretty similar.... giving her the sword and it ends. At least they could have been made a real final conversation for some chars but i won´t complain. Still a great game :)
