On PC version made swollow used a stack now says 0/3 tried deleting nothing happens and can't craft any either.

Meditate while having Alcohest (i'm not completly sure about the English name) in your inventory. It will be consumed and every potion will be completly refilled.

exactly, the potions refill when you meditate, no bug at all.

Alcohest, dwarven spirit, basically any strong liquor (not beer or wine). Have some on hand, take a rest, and all your potions and bombs get topped up.

New system, kinda hard to get used to, but I kinda like the convenience factor...
