He was right, I watched it today (it almost was funny and I don't really like joe but with this game I agree) =), game isn't without problems but is really good game.. Many even assassins creeds get nine and they are horrible games, apart from 2 and 4. (and four was boring also). I like witcher 3 more than many other games like in years.
Edit: but like joe, he was witcher fan begin with, like me, so we are easy to please. =P
Edit2: If many reviewers said Dragon inquisition nine.. That's pretty wrong. I played that and I would it was seven and witcher 3 is 9,5
