In the subject. Not enjoying the bugs introduced in this latest patch.

You'll have to reinstall the original game, then up-patch it to 1.04 again assuming you kept backup copies of all of the individual patches. They appear to have gotten rid of all the earlier patches except 1.02 and 1.02->1.05. I've kept backup copies of all of them in case I ever wanted to go backward though, it's just a good idea to keep them around.

Haven't had any new problems with 1.05 yet myself, can you share info on what new bugs you've encountered?

I am not able to brew anymore dwarven spirits. The alcohol is greyed out and says the item is already crafted. In previous versions I could brew as many spirits as I wanted.
There is also momentary freezing of the game when entering a different location.

I just checked mine and it has Alcohest, Dwarven Spirit and White Gull all marked "You already have this item", and I am missing an ingredient for two of them but I do have the ingredients for White Gull so while I can't reproduce your specific issue I can reproduce one that is almost identical for White Gull so it is likely a common issue now. ;o/

I guess we should report the bug on CDPR forums.

I do not believe you can revert and maintain access to your saves. I think your stuck until they fix it (and likely break some different shit in 1.06). I'm sure the bug is heavily reported already. It's been all over the CDPR forums, reddit, and even Steam that alchemy is more or less broken at the moment (the temp solution is to drop the items "that you already have" on the ground when crafting and then pick them back up).
