Many times when visiting Blackbough black smith the E does not show over his head on PC version, only way around
this i found save game and reload and then you can access his shop.

He should be available at certain times of day. NPCs vary. Not all start their workday at 6am, etc.

That is not it 10am has nothing to do with time he is working at his forge go up to him no E save then reload and it works.

I've never had a problem buying from him at the right time of day. He's apparently too busy to take on customers at certain times is best I can figure. ;)

I'm on my 2nd playthrough and this blacksmith always becomes snobbish after completing the "wild at heart" quest.

Nice work around, but ought to be patched.

The save/reload trick works for many bugs in this game involving unresponsive or missing NPCs.
