You need to manually drop 0/2 bombs in order to craft more. Totally absurd behaviour.

Also if you have a fast hard drive (i.e. raid0 ssd or pcie ssd), you have to wait all the "loading" video (and hear it) no matter the game was loaded several seconds ago.

No, you don't. Just meditate to restore your bombs and potions as long as you have strong alcohol in your inventory (Alcohest, Cordial, etc).

EDIT: This is stated in the tutorial, some of the loading screens and in the help menu in-game (a rehash of the tutorial)

I agree loading screens need to be changed. It's a well documented concern. I got to Skellige Islands and immediately took a break, before exploring. Come back, and the loading screen completely gives away the plot. :(

Thanks for the tip, I thought I did all the tutorial...

As mentioned above, bombs, potions etc. are working as intended.

Also, you can ( partially ) skip the loading screen story sequences. I have the game on an SSD, so a few seconds into the story sequence, as soon as all the data is ready, I can press a button ( X on the 360 controller, in my case ) and don't have to watch the whole sequence.

Here, have this: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/66/? With this mod you can disable those loading videos you seem to hate so much.
