I am told to wait until dusk for the band of bandits to arrive. I wait until dusk, nothing happens. I wait until 4PM, nothing. Wait until, 5,6,7,8,9...still nothing. re-load save, nope. Reload game. Still nope.
I am waiting right at the location marker/center of town as many have mentioned.

Any one else run into this?

P.S. This is prior to Patch 1.04 have not tested since...at work.

Have same problem. Even coming to the village from far away and not waiting inside it doesn't do it, the bandits still don't arrive. It is weeks i have this quest waiting, it's the only one i got left of secondary missions together with gwent quest.

The quest works fine only after meditation you have to walk around the village to find the right spot to trigger it.

Nope, the bandits still don't arrive.

Meditated till dusk, waited for a couple of minutes, walked around a little bit to the outskirts then cutscene triggered.
