I am at the end of game, i need to use a bomb, i got no crossbow but i got crossbow bolts in the emplacement and so i can't use bomb, how can i destroy the crossbow bolts or take them back to my inventory?

Double click (PC) on the bolts >> back to inventory. Or (better):
hit TAB, select the bomb you need, throw.

The double clic doesn't function.
