It's a very minor glitch and (it seems) only in the German version. After finding the cave with the Drowners you can analyse some animal cadavers. While pressing the button to analyse Geralt does analyse the cadavers and you can read the subtitle and Geralt saying something like "Drowners don't do that" at the end but the sound isn't playing.
