I want buy Witcher 3. But he will good work
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650Ti
CPU: AMD FX-6300
8GB RAM
Can i run it?
If yes, on what graphic settings?

I don't know about the CPU (is it eq to i5 ?) but i have worse gpu and witcher works on loweset settings just fine
