So ive been trrying to get this game to work for three days now. I can load up the game almost instantly but as soon as i try to move there seems to be like a 3 second delay between anything i do. Ive tried this using my mouse and keyboard and also an xbox controller, niether of them are any different.

I cant see any reasons why i shouldnt be able to play this game on my laptop, my specs are as followed.

i74910mq cpu @ 2.9ghz overclocked to 4.1
32gb ram
AMD Radeon R9 M290x
Intel HD Grpahics 4600

Ive also tried playing on all the lowest qualitys and all the highest, again this made no difference.
IVe updated the recent patch so im on 1.3 and it also made no difference.

Ive also run a performance moniter as alienware have one built in, when i load the menu up there is a small spike where it shows that the cpu and memory are being used but as soon as i enter into the main game and try to do anything none of the processors show they are using more than 10% what they are capable of.

Ive also tried defraging my computer and that did nothing.

Im not overly good with computers but any help would be greatly appreciated
