I entered a reedem code on the witcher 3 and i downloaded the game on GOG after signing in.
After it downloading I installed it and got all the neccessary patches.
Next to the game in my library it says : "installed" and the "play"-button is green.
But when i press it, it gets grey for like 5 seconds and then turns back to green without the game starting.
I just couldnt get the game to start even after reloging and restarting my computer.
If anyone has an idea what the problem could be, PLEASE HELP

Did you DL via Galaxy or Gog DL?

open your task manager, see if there is a witcher3 process.
End that process.
Try again.

Could be that you need to reinstall/repair the c++ redistributable. Located in
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt/_redist/MSVC2012_x64
Run vcredist_x64 and repair it, this only takes a few seconds. I had this issue and a few others did as well. Hope it helps :)
