I'm presently living in Qatar. If I buy the game here, will it be censored?

no, the game from GOG is not censored, and as far as I'm aware, GOG does not censor for different countries.

TW3 is completely uncut and uncensored in germany.
It´s only a mature 18+ game.

But as I have read, they have censored the nude scenes and violence
in the arab version.
