So, when in combat, my game sometimes freezes+minimizes (audio continues) when I swing my weapon. I've tried various different graphics settings, did clean reinstalls of multiple driver versions, and nothing fixes it.

It's not completely game breaking, since it only happens about 1 in every 3 fights, but still really annoying. Anyone else have this happen? Any suggestions?
