Hey, So I started off as the blood and bones difficulty but found it kinda easy. I have put the difficulty on Death March half way through the first area. so im wondering will I get the death march achievement at the end?

I doubt it. Some games will let you change difficulty during a tutorial, and the first area is kind of a tutorial, but I haven't heard anything about being able to change difficulty and still get the achievements (not many people have even finished the game yet). You aren't that far in, and everything you did can be accomplished a lot faster now that you know what to do. To be safe, I would start over on Death March.

I did a lot more since then, past the baron. Don't think I'll start again.. would ruin the experience.
Oh, I just assumed you posted the question when you were changing difficulties. Yeah, it can be more annoying to restart when you have put some time into the game.

You aren't the first to ask this question. You should report your findings after you finish the main story, so others know if it might be safe to change difficulties before reaching a certain point in the game.
