Level 17 and still have yet to find this bomb's recipe anywhere, and I kinda could use it for certain monsters.

I think I found the formula in novigrad, in one of my quests, but I'm not sure. The only bombs I've been using so far are Dancing Star, Samum, and a few Grapeshots.
